The Highlander Original 300g turnout rug neck cover provides heavyweight protection for cold weather field wear. The neck cover fits to D-rings on a standard neck rug and fastens securely with touch close straps. Key features: fully lined, touch close loops for attaching to the rug, touch close neck fastenings. Technical info: ShireTex® 600 denier ripstop outer. 300g polyfill. PFC-free outer with taped seams. Waterproof to 3000mm, Breathability 3000g/m2.
